Authors could submit a paper in English or Bahasa (Indonesian or Malay), carefully checked for correct grammar and spelling, addressing one or several of the conference areas or topics. Each paper should clearly indicate the nature of its scientific/technical contribution, and the problem statements, domains or environments to which it is applicable. Only original papers should be submitted. All submissions do not contain any form of plagiarism and do not substantially overlap work which has been published elsewhere or simultaneously submitted to a journal or another conference with proceedings.

All papers must be submitted through the online submission platform the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit and should follow the instructions and templates provided in the trans_jour, which are also the templates for the camera-ready submission. All papers presented at the conference venue will be available at the official ICF 2016 websites.
Authors of selected best papers will be invited to submit extended revised versions to Scopus indexed Journals:

Reviewing Process

Initially, authors should submit an abstracts and keywords for reviewers interest and conflict checking before full paper submissions. However, all reviews are based on submissions of full papers (not abstracts) and all papers are subject to plagiarism analysis using a software tool prior to review.  A non-limitative list of such topics is given as the following:
